Sidra Narvaez, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an Associate HRBP at Instabase since June 2022 and also holds the position of Secretary on the Board of Directors for Tree San Diego beginning January 2024. Prior to these roles, Sidra worked at Dudek from February 2020 to June 2022, where they advanced through positions from Human Resources Assistant to Senior Human Resources Coordinator. Additional experience includes serving as Program Director’s Assistant at Magnolia Adult Day Health Care Center and Food Service Worker at Leahi Health. Sidra also has experience as a Mental Health Worker at Bradley, Emma Pendleton Hospital and as a Donors Relations Administrative Assistant and Greenhouse Worker at Wheaton College Massachusetts. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wheaton College Massachusetts, complemented by time spent in the College Year in Athens program.
