Michelle Hood's work experience includes various roles in the healthcare industry. Michelle is currently working as a Community Relations Director at Inspirit Senior Living since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Marketing Manager at BAYADA Home Health Care from September 2022 to September 2023. From February 2022 to September 2022, they worked as a Community Relations Manager at Enlivant.

Before joining Enlivant, Michelle worked as an Agency Director at Patriot Home Care from October 2020 to January 2022. Michelle also served as an Account Liaison at Heartland Hospice Services from November 2019 to September 2020. From March 2019 to October 2019, they held the position of Regional Director of Care Transitions at Generations Home Care, Inc.

Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Community Liaison at St. Francis Hospital from April 2016 to March 2019.
