PJ Toal MNCS (Accred) is an experienced counsellor currently working at Inspire and Relate NI since 2019 and 2016, respectively. Additionally, PJ Toal manages a private practice, North East Counselling, established in 2015, providing integrative counselling services to couples and individuals from a personal office in Ballybot House, Newry. Previous experience includes counselling roles at Community Restorative Justice and Chrysalis Women's Centre, focusing on assessments and one-to-one counselling. PJ Toal holds a degree in Counselling from Ulster University, completed in 2016.
