Fay Mackman has extensive experience in the outdoor and education sectors, currently serving as the Global Camps & Exchanges Coordinator at Inspired Education Group since October 2021, where responsibilities include facilitating summer camps and exchange programs across the UK, Europe, and South America. As a Co-Founder and Operations Manager of the Women's Mountain Club since June 2017, Fay has developed a women's sporting community in the Chamonix and Morzine areas while coordinating technical alpine ski sessions. Previous roles include Senior House Parent at St. George's International School in Switzerland, Senior River Leader with Acorn Adventure, and ski instructor positions with NZSki and Interski, demonstrating a strong background in leadership, management, and skiing instruction.
