Russell Lyons is an experienced project and production manager with a robust background in continuous improvement and operational excellence across various sectors, including pet nutrition and bakery supplies. Currently serving as Project Installation & CI Development Manager at Inspired Pet Nutrition since October 2024, Russell previously held positions such as Project Installation Manager & PMO Manager at Butcher's Pet Care and Production Manager / OPEX Manager at CSM Bakery Solutions. With expertise in lean manufacturing techniques, value stream mapping, and various problem-solving methodologies, Russell has contributed to numerous organizations including Alliance Boots, S & A Foods, and Mission Foods, complementing practical experience with a strong academic foundation in management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and University of Hull.
