Tom Havard is an experienced education professional with a strong background in recruitment and teaching. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Inspired Learning Group since October 2021, Tom previously held roles as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at Horizon Teachers from August 2014 to August 2021, focusing on placing teachers in schools across London and the South East. Prior to this, Tom worked at Meopham School from September 2005 to August 2014 as a Teacher, responsible for planning and delivering lessons to approximately 150 students, and as Head of House, overseeing the pastoral care of 200 students. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honours in Physical Education from the University of Brighton, completed in 2005.
