Bevin Mugford is currently the Chief Executive Officer at InspireCorpsCo. In this role, they advise and counsel companies in developing and implementing a people strategy to meet the needs of today's dynamic work environment. They bring extensive experience in building strategy, teams, and scaling organizations in times of high growth and change.

Prior to their current role, Bevin was a Senior Consultant at InspireCorps, partnering with the company to deliver executive coaching, team sessions, keynotes, and advising services. Their expertise includes areas such as emerging leaders, leading high performing teams, values and culture, influence and accountability, emotional intelligence and agility, managing energy and wellbeing, empathy and compassion, character strengths, and burnout.

Before joining InspireCorpsCo, Bevin worked as the Chief Growth Officer at peach, inc., a venture-backed apparel start-up. In this role, they were responsible for sales content development and delivery, strategic leadership coaching, live selling event execution, and sales conference/workshop learning content and delivery. They led cross-functional sales, operations, and marketing programs to grow the start-up into a multi-million dollar company.

Bevin also has experience as an Independent Real Estate Consultant and Agent, where they worked as a luxury real estate agent and consultant in sales, recruiting, marketing, and training. They consulted with boutique and development real estate offices in Florida, Indiana, and Michigan, advising on brand positioning, marketing strategy, and developing training for office and sales staff.

Bevin Mugford's education history includes a B.A. in Psychology from Rollins College and coursework in Philosophy and Religion at Colgate University. In 2021, Bevin enrolled in the Coaching Certification Program at Columbia University, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, Bevin obtained the Columbia Credential Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC) certification from Teachers College, Columbia University in December 2022.
