Founded in 1998, Inspire is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering management and strategy consulting services to leading nonprofit organizations and schools across the United States.  Inspire seeks to help leaders of nonprofit organizations make critical decisions about the future of their organization, with particular expertise in growth & expansion strategy, organizational design, program design, and fundraising strategy.

Inspire is run by an all-volunteer staff of junior consultants from Bain & Company, Deloitte Consulting, Parthenon-EY, and L.E.K. Consulting who devote time to Inspire projects in addition to their full-time roles.

The Client Development and Community Engagement team at Inspire Inc. focuses on identifying and cultivating relationships with potential nonprofit clients and partners. They are responsible for outreach, building and maintaining a strong network within the nonprofit sector, and ensuring that Inspire's consulting services reach those in need. The team also spearheads community initiatives to foster collaboration and engagement among nonprofit leaders.
