Laura Gruber has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Laura started their career at Maersk Line, Limited as a Customer Service Representative and quickly moved into HR recruitment and training roles. Laura then worked at The Capital Group Companies as a Human Resources Generalist, where they managed all HR functions for a population of 200 employees. Following that, Laura joined INTTRA as a Sr. Director of Human Resources, responsible for leading a team and executing HR activities for a global workforce. In 2018, they worked as an HR Consultant at Inspire Human Resources and currently holds the position of Senior Recruiter at Benson Executive Search.

Laura Gruber earned their BA in International Studies/Spanish from Muhlenberg College, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
