At Macy's Tech, Mahalakshmi held multiple senior roles, including Sr. Technical Leader for product development and supply chain logistics, where initiatives led to successful transitions to cloud technologies. Prior experience also includes client engagement management in retail and finance at Nichel Technologies LLC, and managerial roles at Axis Bank, focusing on enhancing online foreign exchange and derivative transactions. Mahalakshmi holds a Master's degree in International Finance and Information Technology from Anna University Chennai and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sri Sarada College for Women.
