Frank Inoa has extensive experience in engineering and design innovation, currently serving as Vice President of Design & Engineering Innovation at Inspire Brands since October 2021. Inoa has been with Arby’s Restaurant Group since July 2005, holding the position of Senior Director of Operations Engineering. Prior roles include consulting at FJI Food Service Consulting, LLC from 2003 to 2005, and serving as Senior Director of New Business Development at Stainless Incorporated from 1995 to 2003. Inoa began a career in the industry as a Cruise Ship Sales Engineer at Atlas Marine Services from 1987 to 1995.
