Jason Schwartz-Johnson, SPHR, currently serves as a Senior Employee Relations and HR Compliance Advisor at NetEase since January 2024. With extensive experience in human resources and compliance, Jason has previously held notable roles such as HR Business Partner at InMoment, where strategies were aligned with business objectives across various regions, and Senior Employee Relations Advisor at Vail Resorts, overseeing complex performance management and policy issues. Additional experience includes serving as Title IX Coordinator at Westminster College, Equal Opportunity Officer at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Assistant Attorney General at the Illinois Attorney General's Office, demonstrating a strong background in employee relations, discrimination laws, and compliance training.
