Thu Ton started their work experience in 2010 as a QA/QC at LogiGear Corporation. Thu then joined Orient Software Development Corp. in 2014, where they held roles as a Senior QA, Team Leader, and Scrum Master for four years. In 2018, Thu Ton moved to Inspectorio, where they initially worked as a Business Analyst and later became a Product Owner. Thu is currently still working in this role since June 2020.

Thu Ton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Truong Dai hoc Ban cong Ton Duc Thang. Thu attended this institution from 2005 to 2010.
