Kitty Albitrouw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and service management, currently serving as OR-lid, Service Manager, and Customer Engagement Manager at InSpark since March 2021. Previously, Kitty held the role of Regional Project Manager for EMEA at Microsoft, overseeing the Microsoft Retail Reimagined project. Kitty’s past positions include Senior Project Manager/Client Manager at Altavia Sumis, where responsibilities included managing an account portfolio for various retail companies, and Retail Marketing Specialist at DECO brand & retailmanagement, focused on developing omni-channel marketing platforms for the fashion retail sector. Kitty's career began with positions at Compasso Mundocom, FHV BBDO, Universal Pictures, Essent, and Versatel, building a strong foundation in communication and customer service. Kitty graduated with a BA in Communication from Inholland University of Applied Sciences in 2005.
