Damion works as an IT Support Specialist, providing first-class technical support to clients, both remote and on-site. Analytical and attentive, he assists the IT team and clients with initial user and equipment setup, manages software updates, and integrates cloud technologies ranging from Microsoft Azure and Dropbox to Office 365 and Google.

Damion has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University College of the Caribbean, Kingston, Jamaica.
