Jenn Taylor is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Insmed Incorporated since March 2024. Previously, Jenn held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with NXTthing RPO at Kite Pharma from January 2022 to March 2024, focusing on cell therapy recruitment. At Bausch Health Companies Inc., from November 2017 to January 2022, Jenn worked as Talent Acquisition Manager, leading a team and developing innovative recruitment strategies with an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior experiences include Senior Recruiter positions at GSK and Apotex Inc., where Jenn facilitated full-cycle recruitment and mentored recruitment teams. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours in Political Science from the University of Guelph and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
