Cheri Shelton, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and business partnership within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director, HRBP for Gene Therapy at Insmed Incorporated, Cheri has also held significant leadership roles including Senior Director, HRBP and Operations at Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Human Resources Director at Glaukos Corporation. Previous experience includes serving as HR Business Partner at Capital Group and Human Resources Manager at Bausch + Lomb. Cheri is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Webster University, building upon a foundational education in Social Science and Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
