John Reider has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. John began their career at PacTel/AirTouch Cellular in 1989 as an Equipment Engineer, where they worked until 1996. John then joined Cox Communications as an Equipment Engineer from 1996 to 1997. After that, they worked at ASR Communications as a Project Management Consultant from 1998 to 2003. Finally, they became the President of InSite Telecom in 2003.

John Reider completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from California State University, Long Beach, between 1986 and 1990. Later on, they attended 10KSB for an unspecified period of time.
