Justin Platt began their career in 1999 as a Systems Support Specialist for Earthtech Inc. Justin then moved to Wabtec Corporation in 2003 as a Systems Support Analyst, where they provided end-user support for 250 users in local and remote locations. In 2004, they joined TechTeam Government Solutions as an Associate LAN Administrator, providing end-user support for 600 staff in local and remote locations. In 2010, Justin began working for TerpSys as a Service Desk Operations Manager for the National Institutes of Health, where they were the direct supervisor for 10 technicians. In 2015, they moved to Medical Science and Computing as a Service Desk Manager for the National Institutes of Health, overseeing 25 Information Technology technicians. In 2016, Justin joined InsITe Business Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Professional Services - Advanced Engineering, providing oversight and direction to the engineering staff. Justin was also responsible for departmental profitability, budgets, and planning. Justin also held the role of Operations Manager, creating solution design, enterprise architecture, and new technology research, as well as performing tasks as a project manager in planning and implementation of various projects. In the same year, Justin joined Insite Business Solutions, LLC as a Service Delivery Manager.
Justin Platt has attended Davenport University, studying Computer Science. Justin has also obtained certifications from CompTIA, Learning Tree International, and HDI, including A+, ITIL Foundations v3, ITIL Service Operations Management, Project+, and Service Desk Manager.
