Amy Forsyth currently serves as the Head of Organisational Development at Insignia Financial, focusing on designing and implementing solutions that enhance workplace culture, diversity, inclusion, and leadership development. Previously, Amy held leadership roles at RACQ, including Leadership Development Manager and Manager Learning and Development, where responsibilities encompassed developing training for approximately 450 leaders and overseeing a large team to deliver learning solutions across various business lines. Additional experience includes significant roles at Latitude Financial Services and GE Capital, where Amy led teams in shaping L&D capabilities and providing customer experience and operational learning solutions. Educational qualifications include diplomas in Business and Management, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor of Adult Learning and Development at Monash University.
