Steve Toussaint has extensive experience in business development and investment management. Currently, Steve serves as the Director of Business Development at Insigma Hengtian Software Ltd. since July 2011, contributing to the technology innovation and outsourced development efforts between State Street Bank and Insigma Technologies. Previously, Steve held the position of Vice President of Investments at UBS Paine Webber and Smith Barney from 1990 to 2008. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from Boston University, completed in 1986, along with early education at Rivers School in Weston, Massachusetts.
