Kathleen O'Carroll is an experienced Planning & Performance Consultant with a comprehensive background in strategic planning, project management, commercial pricing, and business analysis, accumulated during a tenure at Insights since April 2012. Notable achievements include leading initiatives that produced business performance reviews for executive strategy, managing a Global Pricing project that generated £1 million in revenue, and conducting analyses that informed shifts in company strategy towards major client management and US market expansion. Prior roles included assessing service quality at EY and tax preparation at KPMG.
