Carol Parsons has over 17 years of work experience. Carol currently serves as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Insights Training Group, LLC since February 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at ResCare, including Director of Programs from January 2019 to February 2021, Regional Director from May 2014 to December 2018, Center Director from August 2010 to May 2014, and Career Development Manager from May 2004 to August 2010.

Carol Parsons attended Radford University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Insurance, as well as in Economics.
