Idan Razon is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager at INSIGHTEC since August 2024. Prior to this role, Razon held the position of Director of New Product Introduction and New Product Introduction Manager at BEYEONICSâ„¢ from September 2022 to September 2024. At Philips, from June 2015 to September 2022, Razon advanced through roles including New Product Introduction Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and Process Engineer. Razon's earlier experience includes working as a Machining Process Engineer at Pratt & Whitney - BTL from May 2013 to June 2015 and serving in the Israeli Air Force from October 2006 to May 2013 as a Project Manager. Razon holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Open University of Israel (2008-2011) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Braude Academic College (2002-2006).
