Lindsey Vajpeyi is an experienced program director with a focus on early-stage dementia care. Currently serving as the Early-Stage Program Director at Insight Memory Care Center since October 2017, Lindsey oversees and develops programs for individuals with mild cognitive impairment and their care partners. Prior to this role, Lindsey was the Programs & Services Manager for the Alzheimer's Association - National Capital Area, where key responsibilities included implementing social engagement programs, establishing community partnerships, and overseeing caregiver support initiatives. Lindsey also held a position as Assistant Director of Wellness Programs at Friendship Village of Bloomington, managing activity programs in various care settings. An education background includes a BA in Sociology & Gender Studies from Coe College.
