Vahid Shabro is a highly experienced professional in the energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Principal Solutions Consultant at Insight M since May 2024. Previously, Vahid held key roles at ComboCurve, leading the development of a successful decarbonization SaaS business and managing the launch of the Carbon module. Vahid's extensive experience at bp included pioneering low carbon strategies and frameworks, leading geoscience teams, and driving innovative petrophysical research and evaluations. Vahid has also contributed to academic and industry organizations, serving on advisory boards and as a distinguished speaker for the Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts. Educational credentials include a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by master's degrees in Microelectronics and Nano-Science and dual bachelor's degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
