Riaz Raffi is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in test automation and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer in Test at Insight Global since April 2023, Riaz previously held various positions at Pandora from June 2018 to March 2023, including Staff Software Engineer for Test Automation and Developer Experience, Staff Quality Engineer for Test Automation, and Senior Quality Engineer. During the tenure at Pandora, Riaz was instrumental in advocating for automated testing and quality checks for consumer-facing applications, contributing to the audio streaming experience for over 100 million users. Prior experience includes roles at The Home Depot from May 2011 to June 2018 as a Test Automation Engineer - Lead, and various positions at Tata Consultancy Services from February 2011 to May 2018. Riaz holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical, Production & Industrial Engineering from the University of Kerala.
