Nikki Itzkowitz is a professional recruiter at Insight Global since April 2021, having previously worked at Miller's Ale House Restaurants from August 2018 to April 2021, where roles included guest relations assistant and support staff. Nikki gained diverse experience starting as a hostess and transitioning through various positions within the restaurant. While pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida, Nikki served as Vice President of Internal Recruitment for the National Panhellenic Conference Inc., managing recruitment events and organizational liaisons. Additional experience includes internships in marketing at Chick-fil-A and as backstage manager for Cutting Edge Dance, along with a position as a server at Little Greek Restaurant. Nikki holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
