Robert Jenkins has extensive experience in IT and customer service, currently serving as Team Lead - Services at Insight since June 2016, where responsibility includes leading a team of eight Remote Hands technicians and overseeing training and development. Prior roles include IT Project Coordinator at Insight Command Center and User Support Analyst for the Citrus County Board of County Commissioners, providing on-site IT support to judicial staff. Additional experience includes IT contracting at TEKsystems and customer resolution at Travelers, where procedural documentation and training were key contributions. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Security from Western Governors University.
