Felipe Hernandez is a seasoned Senior Executive Manager at Insight since May 2005, overseeing corporate business-to-business accounts for Insight Direct USA Inc. and its affiliates. Previously, Felipe served as a Corporate Trainer from December 2002 to April 2005 for Royal Caribbean International, training new employees for Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises. Between July 1999 and November 2002, Felipe held the position of Shift Manager at Arby's, where responsibilities included employee supervision, restaurant operations management, inventory control, and customer service. Felipe earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida International University, studying from 2001 to 2006.
