Patricia McCauley has a long history of successful work experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Patricia began their career in 1984 as the owner and manager of the award-winning restaurant, Casoni's. Patricia was featured on Evening Magazine (King5TV), Gourmet Magazine, and Sunset Magazine, and won various awards from Pacific NW Magazine, including Best Italian Restaurant in the Pacific NW. In 1995, they became the President and CEO of InsideOut Solutions, a destination marketing company that specializes in accommodation marketing. With over 25 years of experience, InsideOut is a marketing leader in the boutique lodging industry in North America with some properties in Costa Rica and Ireland. In 1998, Patricia became the Founding Executive Director of the Sequim Lavender Festival, and grew it from 200 to 40,000 attendees in six years, and from one day to a three day event. In 2000, they became the Marketing Coordinator for the City of Sequim, WA. Finally, in 2010, they became a Marketing Consultant for the Port of Port Angeles, WA, and implemented and developed strategy for a two year grant with the U. S. Department of Transportation under the Small Community Air Service Development Program in collaboration with Kenmore Air Express.
Patricia McCauley obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance and Economics from the University of Dayton.
