Bojana Mrdja currently serves as HR Manager at InsideMaps Inc since July 2024, following a progression in human resources roles including Head of Hiring Partners and Recruiter at Hooloovoo from October 2021 to July 2024. Previous experience includes recruitment positions at enjoy.ing and Roaming Networks, as well as a Human Resources Trainee role at Nestlé, where Bojana engaged in various recruitment strategies and employee management tasks. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Valencia and ongoing training in Gestalt psychotherapy, enhancing Bojana's expertise in both HR and psychological approaches.
