Sixolile Mankahla has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 at Uniprint as an IT & Projects Assistant. In this role, they assisted in developing project management practices, documenting project charters, and processing correspondence.

In 2018, Sixolile joined Hirt & Carter as an IT Service Desk Administrator. Here, they managed internal and external system and technical support activities, handled group IT procurement using MS Business Central ERP system, and assisted in the annual Opex budget for IT costs.

Later, Sixolile took on the role of Group IT Procurement & Projects Administrator at Hirt & Carter, working alongside the Group IT Manager to organize and administer procurement and project activities. They also contributed to refining and implementing various IT processes.

Most recently, starting in 2022, Sixolile joined InsideData Group as a Business Analyst. In this role, they support the commercial team and senior members in business case creation, validation, and return on investment calculations. They also collaborate with internal and external customers to identify and document business needs and objectives.

Sixolile Mankahla began their education journey in 2014 when they enrolled at IIE Rosebank College. They pursued a Diploma in Information Technology Management and completed the program in 2017. Afterward, they furthered their education at MANCOSA, where they started their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Information Technology Management in 2021. As of now, they are expected to graduate from MANCOSA in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Sixolile Mankahla obtained two certifications in November 2019. They became a Mimecast Gateway Technical Professional and a Mimecast Gateway Technical Specialist. The institution responsible for conferring these certifications was Mimecast.
