In 2012, Alex worked as the Nationwide Franchise Director for The American Group, where they focused on recruitment, strategic marketing plans, and creating professional literature for new franchisees.

From 2014 to 2017, Alex held multiple roles at Matomy Media Group, including Team Leader & Senior Business Development Manager for Video and Publisher Network Recruiter. Alex'sresponsibilities included negotiating advertising partnerships, evaluating online marketing proposals, and managing and recruiting publishers for video syndication.

In 2017, Alex joined Webpals as a Senior Sales & Strategic Partnership Manager, where they helped advertisers reach their target audience through performance-based results.
