Prafulla Behera currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Insiant since September 2022. Prior to this role, Prafulla held the position of Senior Director in Financial Services for Insurance at Capgemini from November 2015 to September 2022. Prafulla's expertise in the insurance sector is further highlighted by tenure as Vice President of Insurance Practice and Sr. Architect at DataCube Solutions, where notable achievements included managing teams responsible for Duck Creek implementations and establishing best practices for enterprise product development. Prafulla also contributed as a Tech Lead/Architect at Discoverture Solutions Europe, successfully managing the first Duck Creek project in Europe, and as a Senior Project Leader at Discoverture Solutions India, where Prafulla delivered the first Duck Creek policy administration implementation from India and established a 100-person practice focused on Duck Creek technology. Early career experiences include a position as a .Net Programmer at Orbital Technology India from June 2002 to June 2004.
