Nathaniel Avital is an experienced development professional currently serving as the Director of Development at INSEAD since July 2018, previously holding the position of Associate Director, Advancement. Prior to INSEAD, Nathaniel worked at Trinity College Cambridge as a Development Officer from November 2014 to June 2018 and was a Senior Consultant and Head of Campaign Development at Rux Burton Associates in the UK from July 2011 to November 2014, focusing on campaign delivery and manager recruitment. Earlier in Nathaniel's career, a role as Campaign Manager at Aberystwyth University contributed to experience in annual fund initiatives. Nathaniel Avital holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Aberystwyth University and completed a program at INSEAD in 2020.
