Daniella Wagner is an experienced marketing and recruitment professional with a strong background in higher education. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Recruitment for the Global Executive MBA programs at INSEAD since February 2017, Daniella focuses on student recruitment across the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia, collaborating closely with senior professionals to enhance their educational journeys. Prior to INSEAD, Daniella held the position of Director of Recruitment and Marketing for the Middle East and Africa at Hult International Business School, managing recruitment strategies over a five-year tenure. Earlier experience includes roles at Telefónica as Assistant Manager and OmniQuest Gesellschaft für Befragungsprojekte mbH as Market Research Consultant and Data Analyst. Daniella has also completed Executive Education programs in Strategic Marketing and Negotiation Dynamics at INSEAD.
