Marc Tranzer is a PhD student at Inria since January 2024, focusing on energy-efficient data management that integrates data reduction, protection, performance, and energy considerations. Previously, Marc served as a Software and Backend Engineer at Data Theorem from February 2019 to November 2023, contributing to advanced cyber security solutions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Robotics Applications Developer at Conserto and SoftBank Robotics Europe, where Marc developed robotic applications for various sectors and enhanced robot functionalities. Additional internships include software development at Valeo and Safran, where Marc worked on remote car unlocking systems and self-diagnosis software, respectively. Marc completed an engineering degree in Embedded Systems and Robotics at ECE, Ecole d'ingénieurs from 2012 to 2017.
