Sylwester Winiarski is an experienced professional with a strong background in product ownership and management, currently serving as the Head of Innovation Lab at InPost since August 2020. Previously, Sylwester held product owner roles at Pragmatic Coders and MKM Consulting Sp. z o.o., where significant achievements included launching a trading platform within 11 weeks and improving software development processes. Additional experience includes positions as a product manager at Dronn.com, where innovative technologies were integrated into product offerings, and project management roles at VeryGoodCompany and Scena FM. Sylwester holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from AGH University of Krakow.
