Michele Maynard serves as the Chief Operating Officer for InPlace Software, a modern SAAS platform focused on managing student workplace experiences, since April 2024. Prior to this role, Michele held the position of Consulting CFO/COO at Quad Partners LLC for a brief period in early 2024, specializing in operational strategy for SaaS growth companies. From 2018 to 2023, Michele was the Chief Operating Officer at Cayuse LLC, facilitating research administration workflows for educational institutions worldwide. Earlier experiences include Vice President of Finance & People Operations at ClearSlide and various leadership roles at Microsoft, where significant contributions were made in financial operations, strategic planning, and sales productivity enhancement across multiple regions. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Akron.
