Salma Galal is a professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales account management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Inovola since March 2020, Salma focuses on sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing customer value and analyzing customer data to enhance the customer experience. Prior to this role, Salma worked as a Sales Account Manager at RAQMEYAT from September 2014 to February 2020. Salma holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Helwan University Cairo.
