Kelly Gaide is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Inovalon since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly took a sabbatical from October 2021 to August 2022. From March 2017 to September 2021, Kelly held the position of Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Spirit AeroSystems, where responsibilities included advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and finance matters. Kelly also served as Senior Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Occidental from September 2014 to March 2017. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Locke Lord LLP, focusing on corporate law, and as a Summer Associate at Bullivant Houser Bailey. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate with Distinction from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University.
