Dan Cho is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in customer operations and management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Inovalon since August 2019, Dan previously held the position of Customer Operations Manager at Fiserv from May 2012 to August 2019. Dan's career began at MetLife, where various roles included Inside Sales and Service Manager, Operations Supervisor, Market Underwriter, and Inside Sales Representative from May 1997 to January 2012. Dan holds a B.A. in English from the University of Minnesota, where studies were conducted from 1993 to 1995, and attended Andrews University from 1990 to 1992.
