Daniel Newcomb

Customer Success Manager at Inova

Daniel Newcomb has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Starting as a Customer Service Staff at Publix Supermarkets INC. in 2006, they then moved to EF English First in 2016 as an English Teacher before becoming a Traveler Support Specialist in 2018. Also in 2018, they worked as a Health Insurance Agent for US Health Advisors. In 2019, they became a Client Engagement Specialist at Apartment List and is currently working as a Customer Success Associate at Inova, where they support CSMs with on-site/online workshops, trainings, and brainstorming sessions with clients, updates the Inova platform's configuration based on workshop decisions, and collaborates with Inova teammates in Sales to identify and develop opportunities for account growth.

Daniel Newcomb has a Bachelor of Science in Criminology & Chinese from Florida State University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Daniel also studied Chinese Studies at Tianjin Foreign Studies University in 2014. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, such as Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in July 2022, Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in April 2022, and Sales: Customer Success from LinkedIn in April 2022.
