Anaëlle Deschamps has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to 2023. Anaëlle currently works as a Strategic Assistant to the CEO at INOCEL since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Facilitator at The Climate Fresk, conducting workshops to raise awareness about climate change. In 2022, they also worked as an Entrepreneur at BOOTS & CATS lab, where they provided CSR diagnosis, strategy, action plans, and workshops. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as a CSR consultant at Anaëlle Deschamps Conseil en RSE. In 2021, they were a CSR Coordinator at Basil. Anaëlle has also gained experience in research as a Research Office at Terideal. Additionally, they have worked as a Farm Assistant at GAEC des Sables Rouges and azienda agricola del Finocchio verde in 2018 and 2017, respectively.
Anaëlle Deschamps completed their education at multiple institutions. From 2016 to 2021, they attended ISARA Lyon and obtained a Master of Science degree in Food Science and Engineering, with a focus on food technology and processing, sustainable development in the food industry, and the entire supply chain from farm to fork. In 2019, they also participated in an exchange program at The University of British Columbia, where they studied food and resource economics, food, nutrition, health, and entrepreneurship.
Later, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued the Grande Ecole program at emlyon business school, primarily focusing on innovation management.
In addition to their formal education, Anaëlle Deschamps also acquired two additional certifications. In 2022, they obtained the "B Leader" certification from B Lab France, and they also completed the "Animation à la Fresque du Climat" certification from La Fresque du Climat in the same year.
