Karol Kot began their work experience as a Junior .Net Developer at Bank Millennium in January 2016 and worked there until April 2017. Karol then joined Sii Poland as a Software Engineer from May 2017 to September 2017. Following this, they worked as a Software Developer at Oke Poland Sp. z o.o. from October 2017 to October 2019. Karol then transitioned to LPP S.A. as a Front-End Developer from November 2019 to August 2020. Karol returned to Oke Poland Sp. z o.o. as a Software Developer from September 2020 to January 2023, where they developed apps for various platforms. Currently, Karol works as a Smart TV App Developer at InnSpire - The Digital Guest Journey, starting in February 2023.

From 2013 to 2018, Karol Kot attended Gdańsk University of Technology, where they pursued an Engineer's degree in Informatics.
