Charlonda Thrower, LMSW, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Medicaid Programs at Innovista Health Solutions, a role held since January 2020, where responsibilities include strategizing operational processes for Medicaid Population Health Management and overseeing the health impacts on over 50,000 members. Prior experience includes serving as the ESCO Program Manager at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where management of a CMS service delivery model for End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) beneficiaries was key, and as Patient Services Director at the ESRD Network of Texas, focusing on regulatory compliance and healthcare equity.
