Steven Hafernik is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Innovex since September 2024. Previously, at Dril-Quip from June 2006 to September 2024, Steven held various roles including Global Technical Services Director for Downhole Tools, where responsibilities included Engineering, Service Quality, and Global Technical Support. In the Engineering Manager position, Steven managed technical proposals across multiple product lines and oversaw Project Engineering and Systems Engineering. Earlier in the career, Steven contributed as a Design Engineer, specializing in the design and development of the riser tensioner product line. Steven holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master’s Degree in Subsea Engineering from the University of Houston.
