Luisa Gillio is an experienced professional with a robust background in HR and account management. Currently, Luisa serves as an Account Manager at Innovaway S.p.A. since October 2013 and holds the position of HR Coordinator at Synergia en Europe S.p.A. since November 2001, overseeing the HR department for the Turin site and managing responsibilities for sourcing and recruiting IT profiles as well as employee relations. Luisa also acts as the main point of contact for customers in Turin, contributing to the company's success in delivering IT services and consultancy to notable clients such as GV, IBM, FIAT, ENI, and Vodafone. Previously, from January 1998 to November 2001, Luisa worked at Infostrada as a Team Leader in the customer care start-up, focusing on recruiting and training across multiple sites.
