Roman Danko has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Roman started their career as a Junior Consultant at Maind s.r.o in July 2013 and worked there until June 2015. From February 2013 to May 2019, they served as a System Administrator at OZ Ynet, where they also held the position of Chairman of the Board from March 2015 to March 2019, managing human resources and leading a team. Roman then joined LAST MILE, spol. s r.o. as a Network Engineer from March 2017 to January 2019, responsible for deploying network devices, maintaining Linux servers, and designing Wi-fi systems. Starting from January 2019, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at Pygmalios until September 2021. Currently, Roman is employed at Innovatrics as a DevOps Engineer from October 2021.

Roman Danko earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave from 2012 to 2016. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Applied Informatics from the same university from 2016 to 2019, earning the degree of "Ing." During their secondary education, Roman attended Gymnázium M. Hattalu v Trstenej from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their "Maturita" degree with a focus on Informatics. Additionally, in May 2021, Roman completed the ScyllaDB Essentials Course offered by ScyllaDB.
